Refund Policy

At Leadership Solutions, we are committed to providing you with the most professional and quality services to help you achieve your vision and goals. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we offer the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchasing any coaching package. Simply let us know via email, and we will promptly process your refund.

Partial Refund

If you cancel after the initial 7 days but before completing your coaching package, you will receive a prorated refund based on the unused sessions. The number of remaining sessions will be calculated from the date of your cancellation request. This ensures fair compensation for the service already provided.

No Refund

Please note that refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions. This is because we invest significant time and effort in customising our coaching approach to each client and delivering valuable insights and support throughout the program.

Important Notes

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@leadershipsolutions.co.in. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
  • This policy applies to all individual coaching packages offered on our website. Special terms and conditions may apply to group coaching programs or customized offerings.
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time with prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team via email at info@leadershipsolutions.co.in within the specified refund period. Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be considered.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving a valid refund request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client

Clients may request to cancel their coaching services at any time. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our customer support team at info@leadershipsolutions.co.in

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation:

  • Cancellation within the first 7 days of enrollment: No cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation after 7 days but before the completion of the first coaching session: 15% of the program fee.
  • Cancellation after the completion of the first coaching session: No refund.

Rescheduling Sessions

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a coaching program or session, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.
