Terms and Conditions for Leadership Solutions LLC

While in active employment, Nalin has constantly endeavoured to empower tomorrow’s leaders by associating with renowned colleges and educational institutions in various countries and worked on multiple youth developmental programs.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in our programs and masterclass engagements, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any other policies or guidelines provided by Leadership Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Payment
2.1 Payment Obligations: Payment for our services is due as specified in the invoice provided by Leadership Solutions LLC. Payment must be made in full and in the currency specified.
2.2 Cancellations and Refund Policy: Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to our customer support team. Refunds will be issued as per the individual program terms and conditions.
3. Program Cancellations
Leadership Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion.
4. Program Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during our programs. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in expulsion from the program, with no refund provided.
5. Programs and Services.
The capitalised terms “Programs” and “Services” mean, respectively, Company’s programs, deliverables, services (including delivery or consulting) for which orders are placed by Client and accepted by Company. Programs may include articles, course materials, instructor materials and other materials (collectively, “Materials”), whether delivered in print or other tangible media or through electronic means.
6. Recording
Audio, digital and/or video recording by Client and/or any Client employee of any Company presentation or course is strictly prohibited, unless Company provides its express written consent in advance to such recording, in its sole discretion.
7. Terms of Use
If a Client will access Company’s Learning Platform to download digital course material or access on-demand courses, Company’s Terms of Use will also apply.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Leadership Solutions LLC makes no warranties or representations regarding the outcomes of our coaching programs and masterclasses. We do not guarantee specific results, promotions, or career advancements as a result of our services.
10. Copyright and Trademark
All materials, content, and intellectual property provided by Leadership Solutions LLC, including but not limited to course materials, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any purpose without our prior written consent.
11. Use by Minors
Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Leadership Solutions LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe that your copyright or intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by any materials or content provided by Leadership Solutions LLC, please notify us promptly with the following information:
A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you believe has been infringed.
Information reasonably sufficient to identify the location of the alleged infringing material.
Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Oman, and any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
